- Email address: collected when you voluntarily join Early Access, unlock higher limits, or submit feedback
- Usage data: pages visited, template clicks, spreadsheet uploads, generation, and download actions
- Local content: images, fonts, and templates you upload are primarily stored in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers by default
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information (for security and analytics)

- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To manage Early Access limits, respond to feedback, and send important product updates
- To analyze usage trends and optimize the product experience
- To prevent fraud and abuse
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- PostHog — Product analytics (anonymized usage statistics) (posthog.com/privacy)
- Resend — Sending Early Access and service-related emails (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
- Supabase — Storing emails, feedback, and service data you voluntarily submit (supabase.com/privacy)
Login and payment features are not currently enabled in the core product flow. If they are re-enabled later, this policy will be updated accordingly.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies, localStorage, and IndexedDB to store language preferences, anonymous usage limits, Early Access status, local templates, images, and fonts. Third-party analytics (PostHog) may use cookies to collect anonymized statistics. You can clear this data in your browser settings, but local templates and usage state may be lost.
5. Data Retention
Local templates, images, and fonts are stored by your browser and can be cleared at any time. Emails and feedback you voluntarily submit are retained for product communication, support, and service improvement; contact us if you want them deleted.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:
- Right of access: request a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data
