1. About This Service
ImageTextMaker ("the Service") is a batch image-text generation tool for individuals and businesses. It allows users to upload templates and generate images with custom text at scale. The Service is operated by ImageTextMaker.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Accounts & Access
The current early-access version can be used without registration. Templates, images, and fonts are primarily stored in your local browser. Submitting your email may unlock higher free limits and allow us to send important product updates or future Pro launch notices.
3. User Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or generate. You must not upload or use content that is:
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
- Containing malicious code or intended to disrupt the Service
- False, misleading, or fraudulent
You retain ownership of your content. The current core generation flow runs locally in your browser. If you submit feedback or an email address, we process only the information needed to provide the Service and communicate with you.
4. Payments & Refunds
The current early-access version does not offer paid purchases or subscriptions, and you will not be charged on the website. If paid plans are introduced later, pricing, benefits, renewal terms, and refund rules will be clearly shown before purchase.
Because there are currently no paid transactions, refunds generally do not apply. If you have questions about future paid plans, you can contact us anytime.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, interface design, trademarks, and technical systems of the Service are owned by ImageTextMaker. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission. You retain full rights to images you create.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageTextMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
7. Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We will provide advance notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
